Verba Seal certificate saves your time and means. Instead of putting a conventional seal on a great number of printed documents, use an electronic seal for your digital documents so your partners could make an easy and quick validation.
Using an electronic seal is possible in the following two ways:
- Operational method, where the certificate for electronic seal is saved in a secure way on a server or HSM and the use of the electronic seal is driven by a certain application (for example application for invoicing).
- Manual method, where the certificate for electronic seal is saved on a PKI token whose access is protected by entering a PIN. The electronic seal is applied with a human action.
The electronic seal Verba Seal can be accompanied by a qualified timestamp Momentum with which the document and the electronic seal are connected for an exact time, providing a proof that the document existed in the moment of the electronic seal application so it can be long-term archived.
